Buy Evernight here
Bianca wants to escape. At the eerily Gothic Evernight Academy, the other students are sleek, smart, and almost predatory. Bianca knows she doesn't fit in. When she meets handsome, brooding Lucas, he warns her to be careful—even when it comes to caring about him. But the connection between them can't be denied. Bianca will risk anything to be with Lucas, but dark secrets are fated to tear them apart . . . and to make Bianca question everything she's ever believed. What I thought:
Oh the twists and turns in this book! I liked it a lot! Not a favorite, but it was a good read. It was a bit different and I liked how I didn't know what was really going on until about halfway through. I just picked this one up form a whim, so I didn't read any reviews (so I didn't get any spoilers) and I had no idea what to expect.
Bianca is an interesting girl. Torn between two worlds, doing what her parents want and following her heart. This brings more conflict to the romance element of the book and I found it highly intriguing. I can't wait to start the second book to see what happens.
Hey guys! I'm a big fan of reading and writing. I have been writing my own little reviews on shelfari and decided to try my own blog. I love all kinds of books, mystery, paranormal romance, urban fantasy, young adult, erotica, historical romances and just any romance book.
I own a Kindle and love browsing Amazon for free ebooks as well as getting my favorite authors and series on my portable library system. This has changed the way I read. I have gone to a couple books a month to a couple books a week.
