Waiting on Wednesday (14)

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted here, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
River Marked by Patricia Briggs
Book 6 of the Mercy Thompson series

Car mechanic Mercy Thompson has always known there was something different about her, and not just the way she can make a VW engine sit up and beg. Mercy is a shapeshifter, a talent she inherited from her long-gone father. She's never known any others of her kind. Until now.

An evil is stirring in the depths of the Columbia River-one that her father's people may know something about. And to have any hope of surviving, Mercy and her mate, the Alpha werewolf Adam, will need their help...

I am so behind on this series! I am still on book 2! I couldn't cope with the possible love triangle/quadrangles! But I must admit I do like her covers. She makes mercy look so cool.

I've also heard great things about this. I shall read some summaries and add the series to my TBR pile.

I have this one on my list but haven't decided if I want to wait for the PB or not. Can't decide, the last one didn't thrill me as much as the earlier ones did. But most likely I will still buy it and give it another chance!
